Recipe of Healthy Brownies
- 6 ounces dark chocolate (min 70% cacao content)
- 1/3 cup organic butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sucanat
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the brownies are firm, and a knife comes out clean if inserted into the center.
